The crops we produce go directly back into the feeds that are fed to our own animals, ensuring that our animals receive the highest quality feed and thus lead the best life possible. We practice minimal intervention, which integrates no- till and other conservation practices to minimize the use of chemicals and synthetic fertilizers. The farm also encompasses an apiary, greenhouse and orchard to reduce our dependence on commercial foodstuffs and ensure our environmental footprint is minimal.

White Hall raises and breeds several different types of livestock. We focus on raising animals in a humane and healthy environment, producing our own feed, and raising animals in silvopasture areas. Silvopasture integrates grasslands with forested areas, giving cover and shade to animals while creating a more balanced ecosystem for both nature and livestock. This results in healthier and happier animals. Currently we raise and sell beef cattle, sheep, horses and poultry. We also train and sell both riding and driving horses and cross discipline horses.
